Consulate Closed February 18
The U.S. Consulate in Merida and our Consular Agencies in Cancun, Cozumel, and Playa del Carmen will be closed on Monday, February 18 in observation of the President's Day, federal holiday. No visa services or American citizen services will be provided on that day. The section will reopen for business on February 19.
During any non-working hours, American citizens who have a serious emergency may call the Consulate at (52) 999-942-5700 and be connected with the duty officer.
